WSFQ returns to Townsville in 2025

Educators are invited to complete an expression of interest for student groups/home schoolers to attend World Science Festival Queensland (WSFQ) Student Day.

The WSFQ team will be in contact when the program is confirmed, giving you a priority to secure your student tickets to the event.

WSFQ is an interactive roadshow, offering a jam-packed program of explosive live science demonstrations and hands-on STEM activities. The Student Day offers schools and homeschools an exciting first-look at the festival, with a format that enhances the educational experience. There will be a dedicated primary and secondary program, each tailored to the learning needs of multiple year levels.

Educators will receive FREE digital STEM resources to prepare and inspire students in the lead-up to the event.

For enquires, email Queensland Museum at schoolswsfq@qm.qld.gov.au.

PLEASE NOTE: Just one expression of interest is needed per education group. The session times are subject to change. Staff will be in contact to confirm your booking and student numbers.
